Reminder about Rental Rates: Memorial to Labor Day Other times

Weekly:Sat@5pm to Sat @ 10am- $ 2,000.00 $1,500.00

Weeks with National Holidays(4 th of July, Labor, Memorial) are $250 more.

Non-summer Weekends/ $ 750.00

Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year $1,000.00

A non refundable deposit or down payment of $300 toward your total costs must be paid to hold a reservation and the balance must be paid 30 days before occupancy.

 

To make a reservation you should do the following:

 

1. Check the availability for the house and the dates that you wish.(link to calendar)
2. Download and complete the rental agreement Lease (link to pdf file of agreement).
3. Make out a check for the deposit of $300 to HPT1;
4. Send an email to info@gloverslake.com indicating that you are mailing a deposit and the week that you want. If still available, the dates will be held for you for 1 week until the deposit arrives. If the date has been take you will be informed by email. You will be notified by email when your deposit arrives and only then is your reservation confirmed.
5. Mail check and completed lease agreement to : HPT1, 102 Forest Ridge Dr., Chapel Hill, NC 27514
