Rental Rates: Memorial to Labor Day Other times

Weekly:Sat@5pm to Sat @ 10am- $ 2,000.00 $1,500.00

 

Weeks with National Holidays(4 th of July, Labor, Memorial) are $250 more.

 

3-day weekend rental are possible out side of the summer

Non-summer Weekends/ $ 750.00

Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New years $1,000.00

 

Cleaning fee – A cleaning fee of $100.00 is assessed on all rentals in addition to the rental charge
