It offers the identical layout as the LakeSide house with bright open air design overlooking the Glovers’ Lake on one side and 40 acres of private woods on the other. The house was built using an award winning design that is a spacious yet very compact. Designed by Canadian architectural group as a vacation home. It is modern, elegant and light filled. It can accommodate about 16 people The house features 5 bedrooms; 3 full bathrooms, laundry room, utility room; Family Room, Eat in kitchen and living room with stunning view of lake; elevated screen porch and deck; patio. It is a 2 story home with walkout lower level that opens to a porch/patio that opens directly onto sandy beach that is suitable for wading and swimming. The porch is a straight 35 feet walk down a slight incline to the water’s edge. The Family Room, Eat in kitchen, living room; elevated screen porch and deck; patio offer great views of the lake and sunsets.
